Blue light that comes on when car is off keeps draining my battery

This blue light cuts on when car is off and keeps draining my battery, help, how do I fix and what is this?

Added by someone who owned it before you for whatever reason and remove it...

Thank you so much for your response. Now I have to figure out how to remove it because it stays on and keeps draining my battery.

It could be an electrical issue; check for faulty wiring.
