ok guys - i found this overylay that bluebat supposedly made but i havent seen it on his website. It is a taillight overlays thats just basically is a stripe that splits the bottom and top half of the light. They look awesome and i have only found them once on the net and now i can't find them again(NOTE TO SELF: USE THE DAMN BOOKMARK)

Can anyone point me in the right direction or post some pics or both would be even better! thanks all

hmm.. how are they supposed to split a top half and bottom with a stripe then...? if it's not tycs...?

like a simple pinstripe in between the top and bottom?

You hit it right on the head! its a simple pinstripe but its a bit thick - it starts where the circle part of the light is and just goes all the way across. To be more clear - it splits the brake lights and the blinkers

Bluebat is a very cool guy and he was able to make a semi-custom set for me. Talk to him and he will do great things for you. I wonder where he's been recently.

i would personally do it myself.

I believe the person you're thinking of with the "pinstripe" across the tail lights used Pinstripe material available at autoparts stores.

if i know what he is talking about the OP of that thread had a SW and was using white masking take to cover his tail signals to see what it would look like as an overlay

he posted pictures of his progress. and in one picture he had a "pinstrip" of body color that followed the line break of the turnsignal and brakelight and was maybe 1.5"/2" thick.

a few people (like me) were interested in trying this out and Bluebat said he would look into it and apparently made a set for Magnus213
