how big is this dent? there are some diy body panel repairs but it aint for the light heart. you basically probably will need to pull off the panel, try to push the dent back in as much as possible, sand the damage area, clay (special harding-agent kind) it in to fill the dent, some more sanding, priming, painting, etc. yah...

First off...dont use Bondo. Its called BODY FILLER and if you do need to use, get Evercoat Rage Xtreme. Another thing is that if you can push out a dent, it needs to be shrunk done before you fill it. Otherwise it is pointless to even fill it.

I meant to say that you have to shrink down the metal because it has expanded out

i guess you use a freezer. but i see no point if it'll just expand again in the heat.

You should just go have some PDR work done on it. Thats if you can, but it sounds like you have done more damage to it with poppin it out so it might be too late for PDR work

it was beyond pdr before i popped it out. it had multiple creases and paint chips even rust spots where the creases were. the dent is over 7 months old now. the dent is only the beginning. the door has a crease on the corner that needs to be banged back into place and the edges where the panel meets the end of the door are all rusted too. its a world of work
