Default Brake Questions

I just got brand new Brembo Rotors for the front and back as a gift for christmas. Can i get just Buy brembo calipers or do i need special calipers for the car?

Do you mean pads? You have calipers already.

I belive what he is trying to say is he has larger diameter rotors. He wants to know if he has to also change his calipers b/c of the larger diameter rotors.

that is right i just want to replace the front calipers with the brembo rotors can u use any brembo calipers if so which ones

Aslugger, you have to be sure of what you have. Brembo offers two brake systems. The one that i think you have is the sport brake system which is simply a OEM rotor replacement which come cross drilled and/or slotted. Brembo recommends using there performance pads with this application. the other one is a 12 or 14 inch gran turismo brake system which comes with brembo calipers. If they are just the rotors the stock calipers work just fine
