Default broken driver's side seat (pic)

About two weeks ago I noticed my lower back becoming uncomfortable after even short trips in the car. A week ago, I went to see if something was wrong and found this:

The seat is broken. The seat cushion has seperated about 1 1/2 - 2 iches from the seatback. I can fit my whole hand in the crack where as on the passenger side it's hard to even wedge my fingers in.

Anyone else have this happen? I'm not a small guy (6'0 225) and I drive my car for work, so I'm constantly getting in and out, but still, this shouldn't happen.

Warranty covers EVERYTHING except normal wear on brakes, wiper blades, fluids, simple stuff.
It wont cover abused cars of course.

getting in and out of a seat is not abusing the car, therefore its covered.
anyone tell you different bust a cap in their head. jk

This is covered by the STANDARD warranty. Oh, and I am 6'0", 225 lbs. and haven't had this problem, so I don't think it's your size. =P
