so basically the other day i forgot i was driving a Scion tC and thought i had a rally car n went throught some bad spots so now i have a hole in the front of my bumper
i go to places but they say i have to get the whole bumper again to cover up that hole which i have no clue what it's fore either lol but anyways does any1 kno what it is or where i can get it?

 

If it is a circle on the front of the bumper, it is the cutout for the tow hook. I'm not sure if you can buy just the cutout piece though, or if it would stay in if you got one.

but isnt it held on by what looks like a peice of zip tie....thats already attachted to the bumper?

 

You can find the tow hook covers on here. I saw one member selling one. Someone stated in his post that you could get it at the dealer. I am really not sure.

Get a bumper sticker. That would cover it.

Its real easy to put back on, it has two clips on the sides and one long zip tie looking thing at the bottom looks like this

Yes a long arrow, it goes in through a little hole on the bottom of the circle on the inside. Its there in case the circle falls out in theory that will keep it at least hanging there till you put it back in. Just simply thread the long arrow looking thing through the hole, line up the clips and give it a little push, snaps right in no big deal.

ok i jus looked at that link and i realized i don't even have the tow hook! i'll be buying both later this week cuz even tho i have a sticker that says powered by barney with barney's picture i still don't look cool with a hole on the front bumper lol

 

Well the tow hook should be in your trunk, with the jack and stuff. That's why there's a cutout there - you only put the hook in if you need to.

 

ah ok well in the city i live in ppl steal cars n sell'm bak wit different VIN lol so i bought it in juarez for 3g's i don't have jack i jus got from overstock when i worked at sears lol
