i have a black one for my 07 tc. the sound alone makes u wanna buy it. but i did put mine on, then drove my friend's tc afterwards (stock), and i did indeed feel a bit more of a pickup. it also looks nice in the bay. but i'd suggest u take ur driver side grill out and drill/dremel it until it's you can clearly see through it (i drilled the diamonds and dremeled it to a perfect finish....well...sorta....)...or just keep the grill out all together
