No sales currently on ebay (and assuming they have no feedback or any bad feedback) I'd just take your money and go elseware.

They sound shady, if they weren't they should go through the eBay system, but may not want to leave "evidence".

Like I said before, if they are acting shady now, who knows what kind of condition item you will get or even if it is a megan exhaust (could be some no name, then you have to deal with trying to get your money back for the item which is a whole other issue).

your bid is a contract.... meaning they are contracted to it as well.

They are just a middle man buying parts, adding some money for their pockets, and then selling it to you.

 

i cant post link to original auction . i could post email sayin i won and such and that they recieved payment . but the original auction is off of ebay . they seem to have pretended like they dont even sell megan exhaust on there all of them are gone now

 

WOOOOOOOOOOOW. dont buy from bishopmotorsports they are so horrible. when i caught them trying to get some quick cash they sent an email back finally saying they have no more of the exhaust in stock ! false sale am i right. at least i get my money just waiting for the transaction . bishopmotorsports sucks so much dont but from them they are so shady

That is really weak, like I said they sounded pretty shady, the shipping price is too high and going outside of eBay sounds a bit shady as well.
