^^^^ No! I'm forklift operator and our warehouse manager who can be *****. He's usually on 1st shift hours but this week hes on chop block, eagle eye supervising. I was unloading one of our Chinese contaniers (we do the lifting by man) and I quickly jump onto the forklift to move the product. I quickly moved the pallet without belting myself in. All of sudden this manager happened to catch me in the act.

This year alone, this manager and upper management has been ganging up on me for little mistakes almost to the point I'm just sick of it. I aware that I made this mistake and the manager took it too seriously while other employees would of gotten their hand slapped. What did I get??

I lost my rights to operate any warehouse equipment...They did this when we're VERY busy. My lead manager even said it was load of crap!

That's what pis$ed me off. Drove my tC on a highway near my work up to 115 during lunch on my way to a gas station around Midnight. It seems like I don't get respect because I don't brown nose my way to managers. When I make mistake I usually said "Oh well, the world is still in its spot."

Military ID only works when you are atleast 50 miles away from a military post. lol The local cops around a base don't give any slack to military. Sometimes you can get away with it but most of the time nope.
