If I remember correctly, the tC beat the Mini but not the Mini-S version.

c&d pointed out one of the biggesgt flaws i saw in the tC, which was the lack of trunk space... sincei am gonna be using this car .. and only me .. i can live with it .. actually its a plus .. knowing my family, if we have to drive anywhere, where we are sleeping over then i dont have the trunk space to support all the bags.. haha

and i agree with tony swan .. its not too sporty to be considered a sports car but sporty enough not to be you avg sedan ... which is fine with me .. although i am all for performance. . i do not feel the need to race anycar that comes near me so im good

Did anyone else notice that when discussing the cargo space they compaored it to two 3 door wagons rather than 2 door cars with a hatch?, the Civic Si and Mazda3 Wagon? Shouldn't they be comparing wagons to like an xA or xB not eh 2 door tC?

Did anyone notice that they said that the tC has multi-link suspension in the rear? I thought it was double wishbone...

great review!

i love how they compare it with the '85 corolla gts. that's the car i drive now!

the tC is way nicer, but i guess they are both fun toyota coupes that are/were great bangs for the buck.

Yes, the tC has a double wishbone rear suspension, which is a type of multilink suspension. So they're both correct.
