its hard to tell but i dont think it is. In some pics it looks like it is, in others it doesnt.

 

yeah the 1st link is the one with the molded lip and the 2nd is without it.
EDIT: it's the other way around LOL.

the weave and the clearcoat could be a different but it's really hard to tell with just pics like that.
