Default Carbon Fiber Muffler

James from CreativeCompacts and I are going to be making a tC exhaust over the holidays. I need a muffler and we are having the shop bend the pipes. Anyways, I want a CF one. I DO NOT want one that sounds ricey. I am skeptical about exhaust for that reason. I want it to sound good. SO I am asking all of you who know your companies which one is the best to go with for the sound. If you wouldn't mind helping me that would be great. The sooner I get one, the sooner we can work on getting the exhaust produced and the sooner we may be able to offer it to you.

Thanks SO much for your help,
Alexis

HKS has one available, its just the can. I don't know how much you wanna spend on one, but this one in particular run about $350-400.

**Pics provided but Jotech**

Hope that helps. I was think about doing something like this too. But the cans a bit pricey.. :?

Jotech has one available for sale, but then you gotta figure the cost of getting all the exhaust piping all bent...and that can get abit pricey as well!

But no more then it would if you were to buy it out right from a manufacture pre-built. So you figure pay'in no more then $700 to be the cap for everything!

pipe bending isn't expensive, I had a muffler put on at a reputable muffler shop for $60, thats pipe, bending, welding, and labor( IE welding and bending ) its extremely solid, better than stock

I suppose your right. I'd just be willing to pay alittle extra, so that everything went together smoothly. Only downside...if it bother some owners, would be the fact that the piping wouldn't come ceramic coated like some of the ones I've seen.
