Found them on eBay. Someone in PA has had them just sitting around for a few years. They're barely even used, he said he put them in his car for 2 weeks, then took them out and sold the car lol. He put them up for $299 and someone bid on them, so I put a $450 max bid...and no one else tried to outbid me. And I didn't have to pay for shipping, I just had to drive 100 miles into PA and 100 miles back (only ~6 gallons).

It's just soldering. As long as you have a steady hand and patience, it's a very easy job. It took me about 2 hours to do the HVAC and cluster when I did the swap on my 05 tC. When I got my 08, I swapped the LEDs from my 05 cluster to my 08 cluster, and it only took me about 20 minutes (didn't do the HVAC).
Plus there are a ton of DIYs on here that have a lot of information on how to solder, , tips, etc.
