Completely re-doing my interior. Corbeau Carrera's installed. No Airbag light on.




Rear seat delete, liquid eDead for the trunk/rear seat floor/doors, new my LED swap coming next.

 

You need to red suede the door inserts on the front and rear. Its cheap and easy to do. It'll match your seats too.

 

I thought about it, but it would be too much red.

It's already at too much red with these seats

 

you need to suede that headliner. itll be sexy as hell.

and i wanna see that damn rear seat delete, ill be starting work on mine pretty soon hopefully.

 

I did a rear seat delete also Now i just need to paint it.

 

Not doing the suede. I didn't even want to dish out money for my rear seat delete but since I'm sorta **** about things matching (I've let some things slide)...I couldn't have stock back seats with my Corbeaus. The rear seat delete is incredibly easy to do and shaves a lot of weight (about 50 lbs, haven't added up the new stuff) and looks so much better than just having nothing. So far, with the new front seats and the deletion of the rear seats, I've shaved 87lbs off the car. The eDead should add about 25-30 lbs, carpet will add about 4-5lbs (shipping weight was 6.8lbs), and plywood for the box should be around 10-15...so I'm looking at being right around the stock weight (not including my new feature), which I'm happy with. The amount of extra noise with the seats out is just too much for my taste, plus I want to try to get rid of the exhaust drone on the highway.

No, not yet. Every chance I've had to work on the car, it rained, and it's supposed to rain again this weekend... .

It's going to be completely flush with the stock cargo area and come out straight. It's not going to drop down like the other ones I've seen.

Supposed to rain until Saturday, Sunday is supposed to be nice...and all my materials are at my friend Tom's house, and he won't be available. If it's overcast on Saturday, I'm going to put down the liquid eDead, that way I can give it all day Sunday to air out.

I made a new thread for that. A bunch of people have been asking about it, so I figured I'd make a thread for it. It's just sitting around in my garage right now. I haven't really made any progress on it other than sanding it down. Gonna paint it tonight and maybe bolt it in tomorrow.

Now that you took the rear seats out, your car will always feel fast to the front passenger since you won't have an additional 200+ lbs in the back seat LOL I want another ride!
