Lowering/wheel combo looks nice right now.
I'm ordering wheels tomorrow, I thought about chrome, but did some photoshop mockups and it was a little "bling" for my style.
I don't know, your car looks pretty classy as it is, I don't know if I'd pimpit out.

I wanted chrome too but I was worried about the bling effect.. I slapped some silver 18s on it and it looks awesome!

I think the rims on my car look kinda small, thas why i want to get these....is it possible to get a shot pf gray paint over them to make them less bling and kinda match the color of the car...kind of a smoke effect, ....anybody know any place that does that?

chrome should be reserved for suv's and larger cars. I suppose that if the wheels were 18's or 19's it wouldnt look too bad, but when you put big chrome wheels on a 2 door car....the wheels dont match the car and it looks like you bought the wheels without considering how they would look on the car. I think that a silver/gray rim will look much better than chrome on a flint mica. The wheel that you are showing would probably look pretty good.

Damn it! After seeing that, I'll HAVE to go 19's. That's just money... and it'll cost money too. How much did you pay for your rims, TCT? I want to get a black tC with those rims in gunmetal.

And oh yeah, chrome rims really only look good on black cars.. maybe white, you might be able to get away with, but that's a maybe. I wouldn't do it on a FM tC. Just my opinion.

Actually, you know... most rims in chrome won't do it on a small coupe, but those rims you picked out probably could. I'd have to see them in chrome to tell... but hell, they look tight.

I just noticed you have Katana VR6s. That's why they're more inexpensive than the RH CR's I was looking at. Same wheel... don't know what if any differences there are.
