Claimed 268hp stock tC on eBay! Let the bashing begin!
Check this idiot out, claiming his tC has 268hp! I hate it when people lie about the tC's hp rating. Its not like he had a engine swap! Oh a check out his price!

Guys I know what is making all that power, its that sub box in the trunk. Its secretly a flux capacitor like from Back to the Future. If you was to buy this car, you could go back in time and stop this topic from ever being posted about your ride!

^yup thats a blatant lie. You can claim it has 268 hp because you dont know. But to claim it has something that doesnt exist. Its not like they looked at the CV axels and said they look aftermarket. Another obvious lie.

But who do you trust then when doing research? If you cant trust people whop sell cars and should know what they are talking about who do you trust? Where do you do the research?
The problem with th einternet is everyone is an expert. If people post up bogus info and someone comes along and reads it, they are going to believe it.
Someone out and about shopping would see this car and be like wow, that is pretty good.
If I was looking for a car I know nothing about (example, a pontiac G6), if I go to a dealership and ask for info and it says it has 268 HP why wouldnt I believe them?
When someone lies, they are a liar and have lost all integrity and respect. When they use percieved integrity and knowledge (ie a dealership) and post bogus info to the consumer, then ridecule in the same setting should be expected. But to say someone deserves to get ripped off because they were lied to is proposterious.
Just my opinion tho.
