^ i call be if he is boosted, how do you beat a boosted spec v when you are stock and yuo have 2 12in subs in the back trunk??? and those things even smoke the tc when they are stock they got more horses and tq then us so unless you are boosted in anyway or nitrous i call BS

in reality all of you whould rather get an RSX---shoot i rather get an 06 rsx x if i had the money. but no i didnt i got stuck with the tc...hey its an 16k car who wouldnt?
some are saying "oh rsx is discontinued or is drop off the map of acura..."
how many generations of integras/rsx was there? compare to the tC.....?
im a tC owner...i have respect for all cars...we are USDM.....rsx- jdm...

i havent heard the tC being in any type of grand prix races...
as for for the rsx...its been in the grand american tour, time attack, gt races and etc....

you guys can bash all you want about rsx's....

ive notice that all rsx owners on the street...have the same respect for each other....
but when another tC is next to me....all he wanna do is think his tC is better....and at the end get his stock a** wooped...

as for scion they have made special edition of the tC's - RS models...but those models arent about performance more of looks and what not...

honda made models that are meant to be on tracks rsx-s, civic type r, civic si, soon to come Mugen Civic si (500 limited in the us market soon)

so basically there should be no comparison from the tC to the si models to type r's, rsx-s and so forth...

tC- base camry engine.....a whooping 160hp owie.....2.4L eats gas like a biaaa...

so you tC owners who are sick of rsx's and thier drivers please take it on the tracks...as same with the rsx drivers...if you cant take a little competition...you shouldnt be owning such a car..

I wasn't bashing the RSX at all.. it's a great car. I was bashing on some of the punk drivers that own 'em.

The RSX is great and all but they are still over priced and they have no originality. The Tc is "cheap" the only reason for that is so that it can be coustmized on a lower budget. You do have a point about the rs Tc's they dont have any power mods but they are still head turners and for the rsx the only head turnig i do is whene i ripp ther doors off and then they come right back like they think that if they race you five or six times they just might win. Yes i am turbo and guess what i have a car that is way faster for alot cheaper. And the last time i checked I get alot of props from the RSX guys because whene you get down to it we are all just car guys,and every one needs there proper respect.

 

you're paying acura price for the rsx. Fact is, it's being dropped form the acura lineup to the honda lineup.

i have no problems with the rsx as a friend owns one. in fact, i think tc owners who think they are better than the rsx are just as bad as those rsx owners who decide to come here to simply promote their car over the tC.

i just dont get it, if you LIKE or in some other circumstances LOVE what you drive, then more power to you. but why spend so much time quarreling saying (so and so car) is slow and not worth the time. who cares?? i mean i think the reason people get on the defensive (this is just my thinking) is merely to make themselves feel better? which suggests that they are unhappy with their current state of (car). but you know what?, not to contradict myself, i do like reading how justifications are made, so many things pop up such as, price, style, looks, quality the list could go on if im not mistaken. but if there is one good thing that comes out of these discussions its the "unity" of the forum/group to support and backup their fellow scion member, thats what i like seeing. ^_^

Almost double, lol. And no, i cant stand the RSX, and i wouldnt buy one AT ALL. just my opinion, but they have horrible torque, so does anything honda makes. oh well, ill take on any RSX's at the track, dosnt mean ill win, but who cares!
