Although, it's kind of fun seeing yourself make a mental transaction from operate a 10,000 lbs forklift to driving 2,950 lbs Scion when you leave from work.

As for the ticket for the OP...good luck. The right judge in the right mood means everything.
i didn't have my car registration on my that time. But the cop should still know it is Toyota Scion , It said it right on my car Insurance paper.
Should I plead non guilt, would be judge think i am a smart ___?
or just let him know the citation has a mistake?

Typically you have to plead not guilty just to fight, and thats when you bring up the wrong car make, and question the officers competancy in this particular situation. But definately try to sound respectful
i got 2 points reduce.
the prosecutor was mean, she said the police made a mistake and my plate number is correct on the ticket, then she said if i want to play game, she won't even reduce the 2 points.
just a heads up, don't ever get caught in East Brunswick . there was at least 30 people there tonight for traffic violation.

It's obviously a case of mistaken identity. Simply put, he paced a Hyundai going 65 and made an error in pulling over and ticketing the wrong driver.
If that's not the case, then how can the cops information be reliable? If he can't accurately describe a suspect vehicle, which I would assume is a large part of his job, then how can he be counted on to know how fast the suspect vehicle was going?

Can anyone that knows the law from the back of their hand chime in on this matter?
