Does anyone know of an adapter to fit a D2S bulb in the H11 housing? I know they have an adapter for H7. I did a search and came out with nothing.

 

Btw I know there are plenty of HID kits that are "good" but I've alway found that OEM is better. I'm currently using Beamers Hid kit 6000k, and have a set of TSX HIDs at home that I would like to use. Please no flaming just helpful information. Thanks.

 

look at the base of the d2s, and look at the base of the h11 bulb, then trim the d2s carefully to mimic the "tabs" on the h11 bulb

 

i think the 2nd gen toyota prius uses those kind of bulbs. you can check with a toyota dealership to confirm. if so then just get a couple of those headlight harnesses.

 

^the prius uses d2r bulbs, basically the same as any other oem HID lights, no car comes from the factory with "h11" HID bulbs

I got the same problem, Im going to end up either trimming it or return them.
