well heres the deal

right now i have 2 choices as far as options go

i have a set of tein s techs going on the car in a week .. but i have money to either get the OEM kit or get a set of 18s ...

which would you get ?

would you get the oem kit .. roll it with tein stechs and the stock wheels ?

or

get a set of 18s with tein stechs and no lip kit ?

tell me what you would do

 

I would personally go for the kit w/ the s-techs.

 

I would go with the 18s just because I have tein stechs on my car already and if I had the ground effects kit I would scrape my driveway and various other things on my way to work and school. The roads suck over here in VA.

go with the rims for sure cuz your definitely gonna tear that kit apart 1st day you drive it.

 

i say get the lip kit, i thinks it makes the car

 

get the rims. i personally do not like the lip kit. especially the rear part.

 

Get the rims. I recently put my 18's and tires on and it was WELL worth it. The grip vs stock is huge with the PZero Nero M+S. Turn in is vastly improved as well.

 

Get the rims. Your NB tC will be more "personalized" with new rims. That way, your tC will not look like Aunt Hazel's-brother's-mother's-sister's-uncle's-second cousin's-dad's car. In other words, your tC won't look like all the others!

I got 18's back in May and love them! It also made me put off lowering my tC because the 18's take up a good amount of wheel well space. So, in the end, you might just get 18's & Lip Kit! Decisions...Decisions!

P.S. PZero Nero's are great tires!!!

 

I couldn't agree more. The rear pieces of the OEM kit are atrocious. Get the rims, you'll be much happier.
