if your airbags deployed and theres frame damage then its totaled but if not then id say not totaled , like somone said here before the damage has to be more then the value of the vehicle. and if its not i feel bad for you cuz that baby is never gonna run the same again even if it goes to the best mechanic other problems are gonna pop up down the road guaranteed on that

the damage has to be up to a percent of the value of the car, not the the value of the car.

that car has ALOT of frame damage bud, if the doors are mis gapped now. frame twisted. sunroof isn't closing now? i mean come on. there is alot of frame damage there. if they are gonna claim its not totalled. you NIT PICK every thing that doesnt' come back 100 percent FACTORY NEW CONDITION.
Eventually they will come back and total it out.
