I love my 2 dr to death, but there have been a FEW times ive said: Damn, i wish i bought the 4 door. more room in the back, you dont have to get out when picking people up, and you can do the type-r conversion on it.

But the coupe weighs 60 lbs less, and i like it better.

I just ordered my red h badges, and tein s-techs

 

theirs something about the ep3 that I love, didn't like it at first but fixed up they're one of nicest car for the price

Yes, this is a tC forum, so what? Its also a place were MANY different discussions occur on an everyday basis about many differant topics.

 

3 door = Euro type-r = SLOW

4 door = JDM type-r = Faster

i would have got an ep3 if not for my tc.

 

I have to chime in, even if it is my first post here.

I bought an 02 Civic SI in Euro Yellow Pearl back in 2002. I loved that car, and still miss the hell outta it sometimes.

Was it fast? Naw, mod the hell out of it and it would get there... but at a pricetag.

Once I put in coilovers, swaybars and strutbars... it felt SO much better.

Still, even with headers, testpipe, midpipe, exhaust, CAI... it wasn't that much of a difference.

BUT... you got attention... that's is for sure.

I miss that car.

Now I am waiting for my dealer to call me and tell me my tC has been delivered (RS4).

 

mm... congrats on the new car.... but it isnt much quicker in any aspect than the EP3. And at the current state of turn, the EP3 would be faster.
Not to bash the Toyota, but I would have a Honda transmission over a Toyota transmission anyday.

 

why not get a used S2000 for around 20k....

 

I wasn't a fan of the last gen SI I loved the EM1's I think the EM1 and FG2 are the best SI's out of the bunch.
