Door molding
I haven't seen anything like door mouldings specifically for the tC in Scion/Toyota cataogues. If you are talking about door edge moulding, you will have to buy aftermarket.
I myself, bought myself some stick-on body side moulding material that I will eventually apply to my FM tC (1 3/4" wide, matte black, paintable with a very shallow, half oval cross-section. It's going to be a lot of work getting it on, but I plan to have it on the car before summer's over and before any dings appears on my car's sides and bumpers. As long as you do the proper surface prep, these things can stay on for the life of the car like it did on my last car for over seven years.
It might not prevent all dings 100%, but it certainly minimized it on my last car.

The guy who did my clear bra suggested doing the door edges and headlights and stuff. You could put it anywhere. My problem with doing the door edges is that there would be a clear vertical line (no big deal really) and I'm trying to just be careful instead. Also, if you get chips right on the edge of your door, they're easy to paint
I'm not too worried about the stuff I can control - I have to put the smack down on my passengers, but mostly I just get in and out carefully. As for the front, you can't really control what's going to hit you other than by not tailgating big trucks. That's why I've got it up there. All in all though, it would probably work about as good as the half oval molding and not have to worry about color matching or sticking out that much.
