Has anyone had an issue with their door panel warping. I noticed The edge of the door panel where the window rolls down is lumpy. Took off the door panel and it is in fact warped.

 

The interior plastic panel, right? Yea I think they all do that.

 

ok so first of all i know this thread is like 5 years old but i happened upon it looking for a cause for the same issue i was having in my 2012 tc. i guess they must of taken the panel off when i had some collision done. it was missing clips and some were broken. i replaced 5 broken and missing trim clips. Anyways i figured out that the panel has plastic tabs which grab the strip lining where the window goes into the door. they must have put it back on incorrectly because where the hump was the tab directly underneath the hump/warp the tabs were sitting on top of the strip instead of grabbing it like a claw. i carefully reinstalled the door panel making sure all the tabs aligned correctly and voila the hump is gone. hard to describe but if you pull the door panel off you will see. i hope this helps someone.
