I'm wondering which one would be a better choice if I have to go for reusable air filter - K&N or TRD? K&N didn't have the wire mesh protector like TRD, so I don't know if it will protect it from debris a lot better than TRD. Any advise would be cool!

I have never had an issue with a K&N Air filer. If you need it the number is 33-2252 and the cfm is 407
