I bought the 3M clear bra off of ebay for $225 and had it installed by a reputable dealer for $100. So I paid about $350 after shipping and installation. The reason I bought the clear bra on ebay was that my dealer does clear bras, but his prices to get it and install it were $520 and that didn't even include the front bumper!!! Just the hood and mirrors. I was like WTF? By dealer I mean my tint and clear bra dealer, not the car dealer.

So I got it on ebay cheaper and more pieces of coverage...
As far a how it works, I'm not quite sure because I had it installed 2 days after I got the car. But no chips anywhere yet...

 

Nice! I'm glad to hear someone had it done and how much it cost. Do you remember what the link was or the name of the place that sold it on ebay? I can't seem to track them down. Too many hits on all my searches. How does it look on the car? How does it feel to the touch?

That's where I got my clear bra from also... My installer had never done any tC's yet, so the install is only so so. But you have to look hard to see it. At 1st glance I'll doubt you'll see it.

 

Perfect - I knew someone had that ____ bookmarked. I just inspected my car last night... since then I've already dropped:

$550 on insurance
$528 at mcgeorge for all the accessories I couldn't afford from the dealer and I'm about to spend another $225 on a clear bra... this ____ AIN'T cheap.

Oh well. My buddy's girlfriend just wrecked his WRX. I'm sure he's hurting more than I am.
