Ebay etiquette
So off looking for an item for my car, and found out a retailer had it listed for what it should, great!... I didnt care I was going to pay that anyways.
But when I open it the listing, it shows it as a combo that should easily be priced near 3x what it is listed as... So me being me, I jumped on it and did Pay It Now or Buy it Now, whatever...
Pretty much I wanted to get people opinions on this. Like it sorta feels wrong, but at the same time, it's their bust...

Seller and buyer beware.
That's the beauty of ebay.
Education is key.
My wife bought a set of lamps that are worth 30x what she paid.
I'm not lying, so no, don't feel bad.
It's not your job to tell someone what something's worth.
Good for you.

Not if you're smart...
Been using eBay for 9+ years and my wife and I have over 2000 transactions.
Only two bad one between us.
Don't scare people off of eBay - that's not right.
I've taken more of a chance buying things here than I have with eBay.
Also, use PayPal - they will take care of any issues you have if you use them.
Research, look at feedback, and email the sellers.
I do and it's great.

Well I have no problem with eBay, but that doesn't mean I can't rip on it from time to time. I have a 100% feedback record and I have given 100% positive feedback. I definitely agree that buying anything on SL is worse than buying on eBay.
I do hear a lot of funny stories about eBay though.
