im selling two stock scion parts. how come its showing on my profile im not listing anything yet i can go to its page, but when i search for them i cant find them, ima first time ebay seller so maybe i need some help

yepp it takes 1-2 hrs to actually show up

 

Yeah dude ebay doesnt even work on my new laptop with vista.. have you guys experienced this?

 

hm never had that problem before. Usually shows up about 1 min later.

And Ive used ebay on vista also

 

ebay is fine on vista for me

 

vista has nothing to do with a web page's compatability. Check to see if your settings dont allow ebay, or maybe your network blocks it?

 

yeah ive been checking, I even went into an ebay forum, but no1 replies lol. I tried turning off phishing filter (wtv that is) cuz sum1 told me to. AND i enabled all cookies, and turned off practically all the protection settings to the lowest. Which is medium for vista. Just to c if ebay would work, the home page will only work on my lucky days, but any link i click on the site doenst load up, even waited 30 minutes,at the bottom of my browser it just says Waiting for.... (and the url of the site.)

 

It's not Vista and it's not the Phishing filter - mostly likely you are on a bad internet connection or when you were trying eBay was updating their website (which is unlikely). Dial-up or high speed?

 

Its been like this since i got the laptop, bout 3 months ago. And you're right my friends laptop is vista, and it works on his. Thats the only way i can sell my S*it,either at friends house or at work. Im on highspeed, SBC DSL. Using a netgear G router, yet when my friend brings his laptop everything works fine. So it cant be the internet connection. Though this might not matter i might as well say it, Dell insprion 1420, 1.8 GHZ core 2 duo,2 gig ram. And i tried mozzila, IE, and avant browser.

 

thats weird because I have pretty much the same setup and it works fine for me. has to be a setting somewhere
