Default eek car payment =/

i reieved my statement in the mail and it said that my payment was due by 9/15/04. so i just logged online today and paid my bill + some(to get it taken care of faster). on the toyota financial website it said my bill was due by 9/14/04. is this gonna hurt me in anyway?

They usually don't report anything to the credit bureau until it is 30 days past due.

I dont think they will. I belive as long as the payment is post marked by the day its do they need to take it? I think. So even paying it online I would think would be the same. They need to give time because ups is slow at times.

I'll see you on the next episode of "Repo Man" ;-)

what he said ^^^ and they don't even fret (send a mail out) until 5 days overdue.. at least that's the way of the banks.

Not like credit cards.. BOOM late fees and interest! Nobhackers. All of them! (Once their site had a bug and wouldn't let me pay, by the time they fixed it I was one day late.. Cost me like $50!)

Nobhackers. all of em

my dealer actually told me that the first bill comes close to the due date... said just to mail it out as soon as i could, that's all. and they (Toyota/Lexus Financial at least...) usually don't tack on late fees until five days after the due date from what a representative told me.
