I recently got an offer from Scion to apply to let them use my tC for emissions testing (I'm in CA).

I get $100, loaner car, car wash, and a full tank for letting them put 60-70 indoor test miles on it.

Anyone get something like this?
Any experiences?

Scion/Toyota can pull any of their cars from a port and do testing for FREE.. why would they need you?

I'd wait for the Focus groups. $100.00 to $150.00 for 2-3 hours, no one touching your car.

...Letting anyone use your car for $100.00 sounds pretty fishy.

Sorry I forgot to mention that they need a car that was "in use," so basically a car that's been roughed up already for them to check for any problems.

The letter was from Toyota's emissions engineer and includes his office number (not a 800 number) in case I had any questions.

I'm going to give him a call Monday but was curious if anyone else had done this.

contact ur regional scion rep to check on it. not ur store's scion mgr, but the guy over all the area's scion dealers.
