So I just sold my tC and the Nissan dealership said that I can get a refund on my extended warranty. I called TFS, and HSBC where I had my car loan. But since I paid off the loan in full prior to trading it in, they said I need to get my warranty refund from the dealer. Now I've called and called and called the dealership but their refusing to answer their phone. I would call and say is Joe Smo in office and they would be yes, then ask who's calling and I said Eddie about a warranty refund and it goes straight to the voicemail. I've left 4 voicemails over 3 days and have not got a response. HSBC stated that I could get up to 1495 back because i sold the car with 32,704 miles. Any suggestions before I walk in so they don't make me look stupid and make me walk out empty handed?

 

If they're not answering the phone just go to them. And don't tell them it's about a warranty refund... of course they won't want to help you if they know that.

 

yeah, you should be able to get a refund based on how much of your warranty is remaining.

 

go there in person and mess em' up.

na just go to them and be nice about it and you shouldnt have any problems, be nice, but not too nice, let them kno you mean business

 

go there in person with your paper work, ask for a refund and that if you do not walk out with your refund, they will be getting a call from your lawyer shortly.
