seriously man, get a realitor. banks pay the realitor, you don't ahve to dish a dime. and mostly everyone's paying the 3G closing costs for you, so it's a deal. i'm looking into this 4 br house with a pool for 94,900 all tile, new carpet. just needs paint.

Or Chicago. Damn.

At the end of the day, do who cares what a bunch of people on the internet say. It's your money and your life, do what you want.

(Benz ftw btw.)

ok so i finally read through the whole thread and i have to agree with toeveryhour and whoever said even an S2K would be a big upgrade, not to mention a hell of a lot cheaper to purchase. Your just going to turn yourself upside financially and set yourself back a good was. Its cool you got a good paying job at your age (hell i could wish i could have the stability your saying you have) but if you start saving and investing now you can get yourself into a NICE house within a couple years.

I plan on trading my tC in for an s2k possibly but i won't be trading until i have it paid off and have some extra cash saved so in the end i won't be turning myself upside down.

I dunno man..i think the best thing you can do right now is save.

I'm in AZ. You'll never catch me in Cali. My rent right now is $800/month for a 3 br 2 car garage house. My one friend lives in San Diego and she's paying $1800 for a small 2 br apartment. lol

Total mortgage on a 100G house for 30 years is $787 or so with all taxes, so I'm buying a house to save money and actually invest in an asset rather than throw it away on rent.

It's cool you want to invest in apartment complexes. You gotta have some serious dough though for that to start out with, and I still say a new, high-end car will push you back on that aspect as well.

To me it just sounded lik you were second guessing yourself, like really dude, they are nice cars and all, but you honestly want one at 19? Im not saying you cant afford it, if you can afford the maintenance, gas, etc on it then by all means go for it. All im saying is you have a now decent job, get a decent upgrade, save up and by the time you know it, you will have a large sum of money in the bank, word to Swizz Beatz. a $60k+ car for a 19 year old like me just doesnt fit in right now. Get something fun you can beat on if you have money like that lol. Get yourself a nice 350z, turbo it and you have $30k left over for yourself to grow in the bank.

ditto that my brother.
having a luxury sports sedan at 19 doesnt even sound that good...its just too much. maybe an evo, s2k, e46 m3, sti, or c5 zo6 (i could go on but you get the point) with some mods to put down like 400-500whp and you would still not spend as much.

just my opinion. oh and our of those three cars c63 amg ftw

So true. Also, the lower the base price, the more you have left over for mods, as well as it being less of a financial liability if something breaks.

yeah i want one at 19 lol..im not second guessing myself.. its just i change my mind all of the time so i might switch up and buy something else

i might save enough to pay cash but
if i decide to finance, id put 50% down and well either way, i pay 1k a month right now for the tc (by choice) so there wouldnt be much of a difference. if i got the car id still be able to save plenty.

and hoenstly, if you could get a IS-F right now and still have money to burn and save..you would do it right? hahah what 19 yr old male doesnt want a sexy **** car
