Default factory ground effects

wow i haven't been on the board in a while. so i was flipping through my e-pricing guide to see some of the parts that are available to the dealership. there's supposed to be a factory set of ground effects available but i was not able to find a picture and they are not priced yet either. the scion rep online said we might see pictures as the site is updated, so i guess we'll see. anyone else heard about these?

as a side note the exhaust setup is pricy. around $525 is the estimate! granted something like an apex-i cat back runs more than that, it's just a big jump from the $300 one for the xA/B.

Yea, I figured the exhaust would be that much...I still am interested though if it is a good setup from TRD :? . As for the ground effects, I am really really really interested in them...I wish I could see a photo of the way that they make the car look once they are on.

the exhaust for the tC looks exactly like the trd exhaust for the celica and price is the same if not less. the celica got an additional 14hp and it was carb legal. i'm suspecting the tC might get a little more since its a bigger motor with a more restrictive factory exhaust system.

the kit i have feeling will be a lip kit, nothing to ricey since the car would look awful if it had F&F body kit on it. hopefully it looks like the one below.

I saw somewhere, can't remember exactly but the factory ground effects package is priced just under $1,000. Think I'll save my dough for the supercharger first, it's around $2600 b/f installation costs.

Third on the list at Jim Norton Scion Tulsa, can't wait for June to arrive.

I got that from my Scion dealer in Tulsa. Chris seemed very on top of all the questions I had about pricing and features.

It's ok for a s/c... I was really hoping for cheaper than that considering it's lackluster performance.

I could throw down the exact same amount and get my Si running at around 240 hp... stupid mediocre TRD.

has anyone seen the Camry with factory ground effects? we just got one in last week on an SE model. granted it's a lot cooler than it was, but it looks like a really big Corolla S. i hope the tC ground effects are alittle more creative but classy.

SKYON: i'm hurt and offended that you did not consider Fowler Scion of Norman in your Scion purchase. j/k...norton's good people. if you're in OKC swing by sometime, i'm "pimping" out my dealer car big time.

I have a pic of the factory ground effects kit from the rear. I'll post it tonight...
