Default Fans Against Racing Toyotas or F.A.R.T.

http://www.fansagainstracingtoyotas.com/

This guy is a serious hater, so much so that he even got mentioned in the January 2007 issue of Motor Trend.

Obviously this guy and many others are afraid of a little competition in their precious *ahem* "Motorsport". Well this kind of intolerence I just can't stand, so I ask anyone who wishes to make their opion known to the haters to head on over to their backyard.

The threads over there are starting to get seriously funny.

Wow, can someone say afraid of actually being dominated by someone who's not Ford, Dodge, or Chevy? Dodge isn't even American anyway.

I love this:

During a break the producer came over and told Bill he could no longer hold his Toyota sign up. Bill told him that this race was still being held in the USA and that he had freedom of speech.
Are you kidding me? You're not on a public property (a race track), so do you honestly think you have 100% freedom of expression?

those guys are f***en morons!!! THEY have nothing better to do than to devote their pathetic lives on hating a company that outsells here in the states more than their american cars. We should just put up alot of toyota sites and pics and crash that website!!!! Make them wish they never messed with toyota owners!!!!

Ignorance at it's best people The never ending battle of imports vs. muscle wages on. It's nice to see that these people have not lowered there standards by creating a site that is completely hateful toward a company that they don't like (basically, because they've proven that they are better). Oh wait! They have. Very classy. There's nothing better then bashing something that you hate

Seriously. The guy named his organization "FART." It doesn't say much for his intelligence.

It still is more or less a sport than it is about quality engineering. The cars are spec'd so close to eachother, that it really takes all the engineering fun out of it. You can find little ways to get small advantages, but the biggest difference comes from the TEAM. Pit Crew, driver, etc. . .

. . . and the idea of a sport competition only open to select few manufacturers is about as stupid as a "whites only" basketball team. I'm not trying to make it a racial issue, but imagine if basketball was only limited to one race. . . it wouldn't be so interesting since it would lose a large portion of it's talent. . . and this goes for baseball, football, boxing. . . heck even golf.

On the forums one guy laments the decline of Detroit due to imports; here's an alien thought- make reliable cars, and we might just buy them.

I'm not a fan of NASCAR, because I really don't see the point... umm, well I think I'm going somewhere where we don't want to be so I'll stop

Let's just stick to bashing FARTman

So does this mean that a member of this quality organization would be referred to as a FART?
