Flat tire.
Hi people of ScionLife. I recently found that one of my tires had a nail in it that was in pretty deep, should I bring this to a tire shop and seal it up? Previous experiences as a bmx rider has shown that sealing tires will make tires more prone to pop later on, but I have no idea if this plays a role in car tires. Any suggestions on either to seal the tire or to buy a new tire at the dealer? Any comment will help, thanks.

By the way, I just got in trouble for spray painting my rims in my garage with my garage door open. Damn home owner association and people snitching on me. We might get a 750 dollar fine. Great.

you could even just buy a plug kit at pepboys or something, its like $5 you just stick the leather thing in there... pretty simple - also anyyyyy garage / mechanic will have the plug. Ive pluged many tires with no problems at all, not even small leaks.
i did 98 on a tire with 3 plugs
i wouldnt reccomend it but... theyre pretty damn good. On my truck i had just got new tires, 3 days into them i got 2 screws in the left rear. Since then it never leaked and those tires were showing metal bands when i got new ones
