Every time I look at my sister's tC I see this round clip on the drivers side of the front bumper. It looks like a clip, but if this is a clip what the heck is the hole for?
If its not a clip, why is it like that? Does anyone even know what the heck I'm talking about?

Its for towing, what you do, is if you need to be towed from the front, you take a screwdriver, wrap it in cloth, and pop out that circle, you can't tow this car from the bottom, its bad for it, so they put in a tow area.
