Default Going to the dealership with after market parts...

There might be another thread on this, but I didn't see any so here's my question:
Has anybody here gone to the dealership for things such as the complimentary oil changes or maintenance with after market parts intstalled? If so How was the experience and did they give you any trouble because you have aftermarket parts installed? I have the Megan cat-back and the Injen CAI. Just wondering because I need to go in for maintenance and my first oil change and I don't want to take off the parts unless I really have to. Thanks in advance for the replies.

By the way, I plan to go to the Scion dealer in Costa Mesa, CA. The one on Harbor near Triangle Square if it makes any difference at all.

Going in for warranty repairs might be another story, I'm sure if for some reason your mass airflow meter went bad, they'd blame it on an aftermarket intake, or if you replaced the exhaust headers but not the cat (for whatever reason) and the cat started smelling like rotten eggs, they'd blame the headers.

Just be careful. Best thing to do with this is to reinstall the OEM parts for this kind of stuff, otherwise it's their word vs. yours and you will usually lose against the stealership.

Oh. Well the only think I want to have fixed with the warranty is the driver side sunroof cover. It has that wrinkle and it hits my head sometimes.
