the shock probably had a bad seal from the factory. qc checks are random, so bad parts do sometimes make it through. that's why we have warranties. i so hope we don't return to the inspection system here in fl. if it comes to that, i see it as the start of a long chain of civil disobedience from me.

You know cops only pulled us over to check out the inside of our cars :]
lol maybe just throw one of those "I support the local police" stickers on your bumper and you'll be all set ;)

Either that or a sticker that says "Jelly filled donuts upon request." According to the cop, he might find it funny. Bout like the fat comedian from Ca who took a wrong turn out of a Dunkin Donuts and a cop pulled him over. The cop asked if he knew why he was being pulled over and the comedian replied... "You smelled the donuts?"

Hey in NH you have 10 days after the last day of the month of your inspection month. I have taken advantage of this a lot. So you must have just missed it man

HAHAH yeah, it also doubles the chance of getting pulled over for no front plate. I think ive had a good 5 tickets like that. Not only on my car. Driving my friends cars too

I moved down to AZ and got two warnings on my windshield while I was at work. Apparently the cops drive around and they make sure your vehicle is registered in the state. I had PA plates on it. But anyways, the next ticket would have been a $600 fine... Needless to say, I registered my car... My "Toyota Corolla" - as stated by the cop who issued the two warnings. lol
