This Subaru Impreza and I were having a little fun, only for a bit my fiancee was freaking out! Anyways, this is what happened:

I was going home and this car was right on my ___, so I floored it down this street. Couldn't shake him of course, but when I turned it took a while for him to catch up. I thought it was this riced out Honda Prelude I smoked earlier, so I made a bunch of lefts so he wouldn't know where I lived. I decided to stop at a main street and wait to see if he came back and it was actually this Impreza. He pulled up next to me and asked what you got in that thing? I laughed and said it's just an auto. He was very surprised at how quick the tC was and we laughed about the Prelude, which earlier tried to race him right after me.

 

i would have been like

YOU WERE GRANNY SHIFTIN NOT DOUBLE CLUTCHIN LIKE YOU SHOULD

proceed to see the shocked look on his face!

and then laughed and made some good conversation! I love people who actually can talk to other people about their cars and not just MY CAR IS THE BEST YAYAYAYA

 

dang, every subaru around my area, wants to race and "make a point" that their cars are faster, even the wagon wrx's....its even funnier when i beat them with my turbo, and i get a lot of those "loser drive bys" where they floor the hell out of it, and stop suddenly, caus they're gonna hit the next car

 

ive been raced by the same damn prelude in PA. as you know my gf lives in forks and last month we went to visit and this punk in a prelude tried to pull on me and ended up following me down 101 towards forks for a bit. kept trying to race me but kept losing too. weird

 

in my town, it seems like i am a grandpa because all these 15 and 16 year olds driving their little ricers that their parents bought then try and race me, i guess its just a phase, although i never went thru that one

i just look at them an laugh, and then they do the little loser drive by as stated above, even tho we didnt race!

my favorite responce yet: this fool has his window down and he was revvin at me in this UGLY 2000 4 door accord with a HUGE fart can muffler, and i rolled my windows down and asked him if he wanted to settle this on the track

"track racing is for losers"

that one had me laughin for days

I've never seen your tC around here. But then again I'm never outside after 4pm, work graveyard. Hey, next time you're in town, maybe we can get together and get a photo shoot out at the spit or somewhere?? Deuce FM's would be sweet!

 

lol, it seems like everybody wants to race. I've never ran into one, or maybe I just don't know they wanted to race.... lol!

anyways. that is pretty awesome!

 

LOL people is funny. Only person Ive ever raced was some dude that mobs around my neighborhood in his xB. He kept shaking his head like he didnt want to when i revved at him. So id gun it to the next stop light then we'd both get a good laugh out of it.

Although some guy in a corolla tried to pull on me and cut me off the other day and almost missed his turn trying to pass me

and last weekend i told my friend to rev at some dudes in a celica even though we were in a crappy 97 auto civic (four door) and all we got was a full beer thrown at his car.
