Hey all heres the story
So it snowed her a couple days ago and i brushes my car off and heated the car up, and then when i got in the car there was still a tiny bit of ice on the windshield, so i I pushed my wipers to go across with some washer fluid, and my wiper wont go any farther down then this:

this is driving me absolutely bonkers! i saw the post about just turning the bolt a tiny bit that connects the wipers to the car, and nothin, evevrything is still under warranty, and i just wanted to see if i could resolve this myself b4 i take her in!
thanks all

check your owner's manual. It tells you about this. It's called the "snow/winter position" wipers encounter any resistance they stop there. Have to push them back down a good shove will do it.

yup the manual even tell you how much force to use, too bad none of us have adjustable torque wrench arms built into our human bodies to estimate that force! lol
So a "good shove" is what is the technical human equivalent term
