Default Happy Valentines Day...

TO ME!!!!!!!

After 20 days of waiting, I finally got to take my tC home.

Stock SSM 5-speed

Here's the price breakdown for the curious:

$16465 Base
$45 Doc Fee
$1362.08 8.25% Tax in CA
$168 Licence Fee
$8.75 CA Tire Fee
-$400 College Graduate Rebate w/ free 1 yr. 24-hour roadside assistance

Ta-da! $17648.83 total.

Sucky part:
The owner's manual is not in the glove box so I gotta go back to the dealer tommorow to pick it up.

snifffff* Gotta love that new-car smell.

Congratulations. Weird that you have to go back for the manual. Same thing happened to me. It's no big deal but out of curiosity, don't manuals come with the car inside the glove box during shipment or are they shipped separately and put in at the dealership.

Don't know, but when I went to get the manual, the guy had to go through a huge filing cabinet full of manuals (probably for all the xA, xB, tC AND Toyota vehicles on the lot) to find mine.

Pretty sweet. It came in a leather case.

I remeber last year when we bought a Corolla S, the manual came in a sucky little orange manila folder.
