Has anyone done this to their TC or any car in history?
to dip the caliper you will have to remove the piston etc... then re-build the calipers...
it can be done... but most likely the chrome wont hold up to the heat unless it is a quality job...
i gues you can always polish smooth the caliper but never seen that done...

i can not believe the ignorance sometimes...first off i didnt say that painted calipers were ghetto...read the damn post...the car came from queens and was "in a ghetto" where they liked to paint the calipers orange first...then red...also the steering column was loose/cracked due to it being stolen and also the rear hatch had crowbar marks on it...so yes...the car came from the ghetto...but the 1000 dollar paint job 2.5 inch drop springs silver 14 inch rims and chrome calipers looked hott as hell...so retrace your steps before you talk about my post...and they make chrome high heat paint..so it wont come off...same spray used on engines[/quote]
