I ordered my tein coilovers from them but it was very long time ago, i think I waited about 3 weeks because of their shipment schedule from the manufacturer

 

so to you guys who used and received your stuff from them, in the time between your order and receiving the item did you have any contact from them?

 

ok to you guys who have orders with SG all hope is not lost... no i still haven't heard from them but i got a sticker on my door from FedEx asking for a signature and the package was to me. the only two things i have ordered are my HKS and some sl stickers and i dont think that sl sticker are coming via FedEx so hopefully tomorrow when they come by again it will be my HKS, the weird thing is they still wont reply to my emails so whats up with this co.

a little over two weeks, they said give them two weeks, i was just mad that their impossible to contact,, and ive still had no contact with them, but i guess all that matters is that i get what u ordered but i don't think ill be doing business with them again i don't like not being able to talk to the person i ordered something from. not really good business practice if you ask me

 

yea, if i were you i def. would order from them again.
id send them an email and tell them there customer service is terrbile because they dont respond to anything.
also file a complaint with the BBB.

i got mine today and put it on ill put some pics up later, so theirs still hope for you guys.

 

i ordered my injen intake, took a week and a half but it got here. yeah customer support is no good but they are legit though on getting parts out. they do note parts make take up to 2 weeks to arrive btw.

glad it worked out for you, I saw an auction of theirs on Ebay and after seeing this thread I stayed clear.

 

wow that sucks...the third party supplier must really suck i guess.
