ok so i think i might have some imput of why its taking so long for you guys to get your stuff....now, im not sayin that its right for them to not communicate with their customers but its not always the companys fault...i personally think they're just a middle man distributor that sells parts and such out of small offices.....most of these small companys dont even have a "warehouse" to keep items in stock so they have to rely on the actual manufacturer drop ship the items to your door if that makes sense..... the reason i know this is cause i use to work for an off-road company that fabricated different items...and some of our distributors were just like this....the customer would order from the online company, the online company would order through us and we would directly drop ship to the customer....if anything was on backorder, we would notify the distributor to inform the customer....

I know I did Don. Akrylic, that would have been 100% fine. I work for a similar company. We have MANY distributors that dropship because of lack of warehouse space. But to not hear from someone in well over a month...unacceptable. Last email, June 13th. No response to countless emails or phone calls. Lets hope this CC report helps light a fire under someones ___... What a bday gift...
