so i took my car into the dealership today to get the ac checked out and have the look at my hatch rattle. well they said my ac was up to par but said they would have to take some time to check out my rattle. well...5 hours later i call the dealership and they say they still have yet to pinpoint the source. so now my car sits at the dealer overnight and they said that they'll look at it first thing in the morning.
now, my question to all of those who've had a trunk rattle, is this normal time span for them to check this problem out? i was lucky to find a buddy of mine to pick me up, but if i didn't i woulda ended up chillin at the dealership ALL DAY. should i ask for a loaner?

Check this thread out. It has a TSB for a hatch clunk (could be the rattle issue also). I am taking mine in to get the AC TSB and the Hatch clunk/rattle TSB.
