i just got off the phone with a scion rep about my rattles ( moonroof and hatchback ) and he informed me that there is a TSB for the hatch also. i'll probably take my ride in real soon and get the rattles taken care of. for those of you who are wondering, the scion # is : 1-866-707-2466

if anyone wants to call and find out for themselves then please come back here to post so we can tell the rest of the TC owners about the hatch TSB

 

per MOE on the Scion chat line, there is NO TSB regarding the hatchback and is NOT included in the moonroof TSB.

i called scion support again to double check, and you're right. guess the guy i initially talked to was a newbie because i asked him twice if he was sure it was a TSB for the hatchback and not just the moonroof. talked to joel and he set me straight and said that hopefully scion will come out with a TSB for the hatchback because their quality team is aware of the rattle in the trunk. if enough TC owners call in, surely they'll have to do something. shall we unite?
