so hey guys I have this new header coming in from Ebay and I have read some forums about the difference in 4-1 headers and 4-2-1 headers. But nothing specifically explaining which is better for the tC. Also another thing that I heard is that some people have installed headers and they get the CEL come on... Any insights as to how this might happen so I can avoid it and also can anyone tell me which header is best for the tC? the 4-1 or 4-2-1 ? sorry if it might be a noob question but Its just really itching my brain lol!

 

4-2-1 keeps a lot of torque and midrange power.

4-1 loses torque but has good top end power.

its just personal preference.

and neither one will sound good. but its the most noticeable exhaust mod.

 

but what about the CEL light?.... will that turn on just like the others? and if it does how do i avoid that ?

 

1) Search buddy. There are plenty of threads on this.

2) Never buy eBay mods.
