I would say that they most likely would, however if something were to go wrong you could just take it off and they shouldnt know the diffrence

Default Verify

Someone verify but wouldn't the internal computer show a performance difference when a third party header is installed? I think your only choice is to hope TRD comes with a dealer installed header option.

They won't cover it if they can prove that the headers caused the damage to the car.

Remember it will not void your entire warrenty.......

Just any parts that were affected by the aftermarket part.......and that is up to the dealer.....unless he tries to tell you that your wheel fell off because you put an aftermarket header on your car....

silver sciontc is right it will only void the exhaust system warranty, it is the same if you do an aftermarket axle-back system and the dealer does not install it.
It voids from the header all the back, it does not void anything else
but that is what my dealership said you should talk to yours just to be sure there all the same

zac makes another good point......TALK TO YOUR DEALER!! they are all different.....believe me I will ask questions on fourms too but to get a real answer ask the dealer.

Well actually you can go about this two different ways......
1. Ask the dealer but more than likely they will give you the answer that they were trained to give you....ie it will void your exhaust warrenty and possibly your powertrain because of the extra power (long shot but yes i have heard it)
2. Do it and hope your car doesnt break....and if it does hope they just look past it.

or you can do it and if it breaks put the oem parts back on, but thats not a very nice thing to do to your loyal dealer
