Congrats on picking the tC. Hopefully you can actually get one as most people are having to wait many months to get their tC.

You can do a search but some tips are:

1. make sure your tC has the "fix" for the moonroof rattle. It was in a TSB.
2. make sure your tires have the proper PSI
3. remember that you get 3 (does not have to be the first 3) FREE oil changes
4. if you run credit through Toyota, you should get a free $50 gift cert. that you will receive in mail 1-2 months after purchase
5. Some have noticed outside paint, heater/ac problems. So take for a good test and carefully inspect the paint
6. Most have noticed a rattle coming from the hatchback area. Mine is not very noticeable as I ususally have music going.

Others can mention some. This is one great car at one great price.

Enjoy.....

Thanks for the tips, i'm deploying to Afghanistan and thinking about getting a tC before I deploy (because I get tax free payment overseas) and pay the tC while I am out there. Thanks for the tips because I was wondering the same thing.

someone said something about having to wait a few months to get delivery of a tc. Is this true in the North East? Whats the deal? I always see them parked in the lot at the dealer!!

Guess most people are wanting to "order" their car and get certain color/accessories which takes time. Cars on the lot usually have unneeded/high price accessories.

They are on the lots here in So Cal, especially at lame dealers who throw on lots of options. No one wants to buy those priced at 22k.

Thank you for your service airman.

My dealer said that they have like 11 on order for peeps. I wanted to check one out when I bought my RS 1.0-I actually wanted a Tc but not practical for my pups- but they said as soon as they get one in, it's GONE!!! I did see one for sale in Lancaster, PA but that was a week ago. Here in my area they don't even know what a SCION is!!!!!

Ther dealers here in MI have a few on the lots with no potions. I went to the dealer and drove one home like that the same night. It's just taking them forever to get the accessories in.
