EDIT: so after a suggestion from a friend to check the motor mounts, which were fine, I noticed a bolt that looked like it went through my starter and/or transmission had become backed out comepletey and almost fallen out. Tightened it back up and now the clunk seems to have gone when I shift or accelerate. However I still have the vibration.

I did hid a huge bump on the highway last week so I thought maybe the weights came loose and now they've fallen off completely. Looked at the driver side wheel, the side I hit the bump on, and all the weights are gone and the little adhesive strip where they once sat was still there. Taking it to get balanced tonight after work, hopefully my problem is as simple as that.

Starting last night I began to feel an incredible vibration when I get up to speed and try to accelerate. Not there under 45 mph, but I also here a small clunk sometimes when I begin to accelerate from a stop or after shifting gears.

Initially I thought it was I might have thrown a balance weight but now with the clunk I know that's not it. Any clues or other diagnostic things to check?
